This frame is to be used in conjunction with your favourite card trick, instead of revealing the spectators card in the same boring way. You show them this frame with all card facing up, you spread the deck over the frame and tell them to concentrate on the spread deck. Once you move the deck away there will one card upside down, you turn over the frame and it is there card!
